ARTICLE OF ALLIANCE RATIFIED

Chief David Mark Simon of Pakuri Lokono-Arawak Territory ratified the official Article of Alliance on Sunday May 25th 2003 - sealing the membership of 1,000 residents of Pakuri in the Pan Tribal Confederacy for the duration of Chief Simon's tenure in office.
